By default, your ESRI Global Account username appears as the owner name for your content items and groups. Other users can search for your name to find content and groups owned by you and to invite you to join their groups. If you do not want others to search for your username, click your name on the top banner to open Your Profile and select the No One (Private) option. A private profile means that users can't search for you in the Invite Users dialog box. NOTE: If you set your profile to private, group owners cannot invite you to join their group.
