Does ESRI have any downloadable raster data in ArcGIS Online?

No, but you can access an application that does. ArcGIS provides access to the DataDoors™ for ArcGIS Web application that enables GIS users to select, order, and acquire a variety of raster data that is currently accessible as ArcGIS Online content. You can use the application to get much of the data that you see online for use offline with your GIS software.

ESRI is making this application available through our business partner, i-cubed, and its DataDoors™ system. i-cubed specializes in providing image processing and delivery services and serves as the imagery aggregator for ArcGIS Online. DataDoors™ is an archive management and dissemination system for raster data that supports the acquisition, processing, and delivery of raster data for a GIS.

Through the DataDoors™ for ArcGIS application, you can order much of the raster data that you see in ArcGIS Online content, as well as other raster data that is available from i-cubed and other data providers. This includes:

You can get this data in the coordinate system and file format of your choice. Depending on the size of the data ordered, you can either download the data as soon as it is processed or have the data shipped directly to you.
