Results often have multiple 100 score matches for an address, because ESRI uses a composite locator that checks various levels of the address (i.e., address point, address range, city/state, postal code). For a complete address, each of these might have a match with a score of 100. In this case, they are sorted by the quality of match (first–address point, second–address range, etc.), so displaying the first result returned is the best solution.
